The Dr. Dan Kahler Innovative Teaching Grants Program funds enhanced teaching and learning opportunities. Applicants must demonstrate creative, innovative and effective ways to meet students’ needs, while increasing their motivation to learn and achieving measurable outcomes. All district staff may apply.
For its 25th anniversary, the Education Foundation awarded district staff 25 grants worth $44,500 for the 2021-2022 school year. The winners were surprised during the Great Grant Giveaway May 18.

The Education Foundation Advisory Board will determine the number of grants awarded annually. All applications will be reviewed anonymously by a committee of educators, community members and Education Foundation representatives.
